The first is today, June 18 - come visit and enjoy a free workout in the Fitness Room (ages 15+) and our giant inflatable obstacle course in the pool from 11:30am to 3:30pm.

All swimmers 8 and under must be accompanied by someone 13+ in the water.

SURPRISE! 🎉Tomorrow will be a FREE DAY at MRC! Come by and enjoy inflatables in the pool at Bounce & Splash (11:30am to 3:30pm) or work out in the Fitness Room!

All facility rules apply, including age restrictions:
- No one under 15 is allowed in the Fitness Room.
(Ages 13-14 are allowed only if they have completed a Fitness Room Orientation or are accompanied by someone 18+.)
- Children ages 5 and under must be accompanied in the same pool by someone 13+.
- Children ages 6-7 must be accompanied in the same pool by someone 13+.
