Scott Dollins, Custodian
On Friday, August 2, the last evening the Center was open until 9:30pm to accommodate Rio Blanco County Fair participants needing to use the showers, Scott was working alone and responsible for cleaning the entire facility. Not only did Scott maintain a positive attitude while working non-stop to complete all of the tasks that are typically done by two people, he took time to interact with patrons in a cheerful manner. Finally, when Admin Staff offered to stay and clean the locker rooms, Scott expressed appreciation for the offer but said that he had no concerns about being able to finish up within his scheduled shift. Scott's overall attitude and commitment to do great work in spite of the challenges definitely exemplified exceptional performance.
