Swim Lessons PM2: LTS 4

Ages 6-12

For ages 6-12

LTS 4 Swim Lessons consist of eight 45-minute sessions designed for swimmers ages 6-12 who have passed LTS 3. Lessons focus on building skills from prior levels and will include rotary breathing, freestyle backstroke, elementary backstroke, scissor kick, and sidestroke. Kicks and turns will also be introduced.
