Enrolling in Meeker Recreation programs is quick and easy! If you have any questions or problems during the Registration Process, the quickest way to get help is to call the Front Desk at 970-878-3403. A Guest Services Representative will be happy to assist you!

How to Register Online:

Search for activities and view preliminary details on the Activities page or Master Calendar.
Click the "Details" link to go to the activity page.
Click the "Register Now" button to jump to our secure Registration Portal.
Log in, select your family member, and check out!

How to Register in Person:

Prefer to sign up directly with our staff? We are happy to help! Visit the Front Desk at Meeker Recreation Center, 101 Ute Road.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

I forgot my password or can't log in.

On the registration login screen, click "Forgot Your Password?" to receive a reset link via email. If you are still stuck, call the Front Desk—please do not create a duplicate account!

When can I register for activities?

Activity registration opens at the start of each season. We have three activity seasons per year.
- Winter/Spring Season (January/February/March/April)
  - Registration opens the second Friday in December.
- Summer Season (May/June/July/August)
  - Registration opens the second Friday in April.
- Fall Season (September/October/November/December)
  - Registration opens the second Friday in August.
Pay special attention to activity deadlines! Generally, registration closes a week before the activity start date, but this may vary.

The system won't let me register someone who should be eligible. What do I do?

Mismatches with grades, ages, or required skills are a common reason you might run into errors with registration. If your child's grade or age needs to be updated, or you need to check what skills are attached to you or your child's account, please give the Front Desk a call and we can help you right away!

My child is not quite old enough or is a little too old to register for the activity they are interested in. What do I do?

Generally, participants must be the appropriate age or grade on the first day of a program or activity. To request an exception, please call the Front Desk at 970-878-3403 and we will get you to the right person.

Registration for the activity I am interested in is full. What do I do?

Please add your name to the Waitlist in the Registration Portal! We will call you if an opening becomes available.

What if I missed the Registration Deadline?

Please contact Guest Services at 970-878-3403 to inquire about late enrollments.

What if I made a mistake during online registration?

Please contact Guest Services at 970-878-3403 and we will help you get things straightened out.

How can I obtain a refund if I am not able to attend an activity?

Please contact Guest Services at 970-878-3403 for assistance.

Can I buy Punch Passes online?

No. Punch passes cannot be purchased online at this time. All punch pass transactions must be processed in person or via phone. Visit the Front Desk or call 970-878-3403 for Punch Passes.

Can I apply my Scholarship online?

Yes! Scholarships can be applied directly at checkout when registering online. If you need to apply for financial assistance, you can submit an application ahead of time at erbmrec.com/financialaid.
