Swim Lessons PM2: LTS 3

Ages 6-12

For ages 6-12

LTS 3 Swim Lessons consist of eight 45-minute sessions designed for swimmers ages 6-12 who have passed LTS 2. Lessons focus on improving basic competency in the water. Students will learn rhythmic breathing, treading water, and basic dives. The breaststroke and butterfly will be introduced at this level.
