ERBM is offering adult swim lessons this April!

Swimming isn’t just for kids! Whether you missed out on lessons growing up or just want to improve your skills, adult swim lessons offer a range of benefits for every age and ability level.

  1. Boosted Confidence & Safety – Knowing how to swim is an essential life skill. Whether you're fishing on the lake, tubing in the river, going on a cruise, or just playing at the MRC Pool, being comfortable in the water makes all the difference.

  2. Great Low-Impact Exercise – Swimming is gentle on your joints but still gives your whole body a great workout. It’s perfect if you're looking to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility without added stress.

  3. Stress Relief & Mental Health Benefits – Water can be very calming to the nervous system. The rhythmic movements and controlled breathing of swimming are great ways to unwind, clear your mind, and relieve stress.

  4. Social Opportunities – Group swim lessons are a great way to meet new people in a relaxed, supportive environment.

  5. Overcoming Fear – Many adults have a fear of water, but structured lessons provide a safe setting to build trust and confidence in the water with our expert instructors.

It’s never too late to learn! ERBM is offering four beginner or intermediate level lessons on Sunday afternoons in April. Ages 13+.
