Run for Your Life 5K – A Patriotic Start to Your 4th of July!

Bring your family, friends, and pets along to kick off Independence Day at ERBM's annual Fourth of July 5K!

Celebrate Independence Day with movement, community, and fun at the annual Run for Your Life 5K, hosted by ERBM Recreation & Park District! Whether you’re an elite runner, casual walker, or pushing a stroller with your pup trotting beside you on a leash, everyone is welcome!

📍 Start/Finish: Downtown Plaza, Meeker, CO

💲 $20/person pre-registration | $30/person day-of registration

Walk or run a beautiful 5K course that winds through through Meeker, Colorado.

🏃‍♂️ What’s Included:

• Commemorative T-shirt (shirt sizes are not guaranteed)

• American Flag to carry across the finish line

• Race bib with chip timing

• Medals for top 3 male and female finishers

• A scenic, family-friendly course through Meeker

From first-timers to seasoned racers, this is a festive way to kick off your holiday morning with purpose and pride.

• July 1–2: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM

• July 3: 8:00 AM–11:30 AM

• July 4 (Downtown Plaza): 6:30 AM–7:45 AM

🕗 Note: The race starts at 7:45 AM sharp. Only those who start on time will receive official results. There is a 1.5-hour course limit.
