Circle Park Project Update

The Circle Park closures has been extended to ensure a strong finish for the final phase of the project, with new anticipated reopening in early fall.

Circle Park will remain closed through September as Phase III work continues. Tasks include installation of a permanent ADA-accessible vault toilet, new grass growth, irrigation, and other key features. These upgrades will serve to ensure the park is more comfortable, functional, and sustainable for future use.

In the meantime, please continue using the improved access points at 3rd and 10th Streets for your river recreation.
