  • Volunteers assist full and part-time staff members in the implementation of programs and special events.

  • Volunteers assist with the supervision of participants in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

  • Volunteers assist the program leader with maintaining a safe environment for the program participants.

  • Volunteers offer suggestions and comments on improving current programs and provide ideas for new programs.

  • Volunteers adhere to all the policies and procedures set forth in the volunteer manual.

  • Coach for Youth Sports – Soccer, Flag Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, and Softball

  • Assist with one day events – Races and Community Events

Internship Program
An internship with ERBM Recreation & Park District will provide an opportunity to work in your field of interest within the parks and recreation industry. Our internship program is designed to broaden and increase education and workplace skills in a positive and professional learning environment.
