Pool Hours
TEMPORARY POOL HOURS ADJUSTMENT:
Beginning the week of April 7, 2024, pool hours for Tuesdays and Thursdays will change to:
Adult Swim 5:00am to 9:30am
Open Swim 9:30am to 11:00am
POOL CLOSED 11:00am to 4:00pm
Open Swim 4:00pm to 6:00pm
All other posted hours remain the same. Summer Pool Hours will begin following Annual Shutdown Tuesday, May 28.

Birthday Swim Parties
Host a birthday celebration at Meeker Recreation Center for less stress, less mess, and more fun for everyone!
The birthday swim party package includes pool access for up to 15 guests and use of the Multipurpose Room.
Swim for two hours ($75) or a full day ($135).
Additional swimmers are $4 each.
Private Pool Parties
Get the whole pool to yourself and guests for one hour ($100) or two hours ($175).

It is our priority to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons of all ages.
Can I rent towels?
Yes. It is $1 to rent a towel.
What about lockers?
Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may borrow a lock from Guest Services.
Why are showers required before I swim?
Due to the high pH levels in personal hygiene products (shampoos, deodorants, lotions, etc.), chemical imbalances may occur in the pool.
Can my child swim alone?
NO for children:

What are the wristbands for?
MRC uses colored wristbands to help ensure the safety of our patrons. Wristbands will be distributed to children under age 8 when you check in.
Red Wristband = arm's reach

must be within arm's reach of someone at least 13 years of age at all times.

Green Wristband = same pool

Age Restrictions
Apparel Guidelines
Wear appropriate apparel that provides proper coverage.
No bare feet allowed. Patrons must wear clean shoes with covered toes.
Swimsuits are prohibited.
Fitness room patrons may use the locker rooms to change clothes and store personal belongings during a workout.
Locks may be borrowed from Guest Services.
Children 12 and under are not permitted in the fitness area, which includes the hallway.
Children ages 13-14 must either have completed the Fitness Room Orientation Class or be accompanied by an adult 18+.
Fitness Room Orientation
Learn how to use the fitness room equipment at the Meeker Recreation Center. This in-depth orientation covers all equipment in the fitness room.
When: Usually 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 1:00pm.

Tot Spot Drop-In Child Care
Monday-Thursday, 8:45am-11:45am

Let us take care of your children while you get in a workout, go for a swim, or enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub.
Who: Children ages 6 months–7 years
Where: MRC Multipurpose Room
Cost: $2 for one hour or $3 for 1.5 hours
Max 1.5 hours per child per day.

*Tot Spot is not offered during the summer months.
Tot Spot Rules, Policies, and Procedures:
• Tot Spot is available for a maximum of one and a half hours per day per child.
• Parent or guardian must remain in the Meeker Recreation Center at all times while their child is in Tot Spot.
• No snacks allowed. Only water in a sealed cup and pre-made baby bottles are allowed.
• Tot Spot staff will not change diapers. Children who are able to use the restroom unassisted will be escorted to the restroom and staff will remain just outside restroom door. It is mandatory that parents/guardians ensure their children have a fresh diaper or have just used the restroom prior to drop off at the Tot Spot.
• Space is limited; children will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
• Prior to first time use, a parent/guardian must sign the Tot Spot Policies & Procedures Form and complete a Child Information Form.
