Coronavirus/Refund Updates from ERBM (4/13/2020):

Due to the extended closure of the Meeker Recreation Center (MRC) as well as the broad economic impacts of the present public health crisis, ERBM has approved extended MRC membership refunds and program discounts throughout the duration of 2020.

Refunds from spring programming cancellations are currently being processed, and in the upcoming weeks ERBM will process a 50% refund for all current MRC membership pass holders. Memberships paid in full will receive a refund disbursement check directly to their address on file, and payment plan memberships will not be charged their monthly dues for the latter half of 2020. Any new 3-month memberships purchased after reopening will received a 25% discount with all set up fees waived.

Additionally, to offer further support and incentivize ongoing participation for all Meeker residents, a 25% discount will be applied to all fee based programs that begin and end in 2020. These membership and programming refunds and discounts are anticipated to amount to approximately $56,500 that will directly benefit local families as we collectively work together to stimulate healthy social and economic recovery.

The Meeker Recreation Center will remain closed through Memorial Day, Monday May 25th with anticipated reopening on Tuesday May 26th, barring any additional public health directive changes or unforeseen delays in pre-planned maintenance projects. However, with the onset of spring there are plenty of opportunities for you and your family to get outside and recreate in our local parks and trails. Please observe all appropriate public health precautions while you enjoy these amenities.

ERBM is proud to serve the Meeker community and trust that we will make it through these challenging times even stronger and more resilient. Stay safe and well!
